Chili Sauce
Ingredients
- 14 ripe tomatoes
- 4 large onions
- 1 bunch celery
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 box pickling spice, 1 3/4 oz tied in a bag
- 1/2 cup salt
- 1 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 cup sugar

Scaled and peel tomatoes and cut in quartersStep 2
Boil tomatoes for 30 minutesStep 3
Grind onions, celery and pepper and add to tomatoes along with remaining ingredients and cook until thick
