Chili Sauce

Ingredients

  • 14 ripe tomatoes
  • 4 large onions
  • 1 bunch celery
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 box pickling spice, 1 3/4 oz tied in a bag
  • 1/2 cup salt
  • 1 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Scaled and peel tomatoes and cut in quarters
  • Step 2

    Boil tomatoes for 30 minutes
  • Step 3

    Grind onions, celery and pepper and add to tomatoes along with remaining ingredients and cook until thick
