Sweet corn bread
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 8 oz canned, drained corn
- 1 box Jiffy mix
- 8 oz sour cream
- 2 eggs, beaten

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350Step 2
In a bowl combine sugar, vegetable oil, and cornStep 3
Add Jiffy mix and stir wellStep 4
Fold in sour cream and eggsStep 5
Bake for 1 hour, in 8x8 pan or until toothpick comes clean
