Sweet corn bread

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 8 oz canned, drained corn
  • 1 box Jiffy mix
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350
  • Step 2

    In a bowl combine sugar, vegetable oil, and corn
  • Step 3

    Add Jiffy mix and stir well
  • Step 4

    Fold in sour cream and eggs
  • Step 5

    Bake for 1 hour, in 8x8 pan or until toothpick comes clean
