Ingredients
- 2 russet potatoes
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 pieces, chopped bacon
- 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp coarse sea salt

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400Step 2
Rub potatoes with oil and sprinkle coarse sea salt over potatoesStep 3
Bake potatoes for 1 hourStep 4
Cut top 1/3 off potatoesStep 5
Scrap insides of bottom and top of potatoes, being careful not to break skinStep 6
Mix scraped out part of potato with sour cream, butter, bacon, and cheese until smoothStep 7
Fill bottom 2/3 of potatoes with fillingStep 8
Bake for 15 more minutes
